EXAMPLES OF PHOTOGRAPHS DEFINING DEFECTS
As previously stated, surveys will to a greater or
lesser extent identify numerous defects, some of little concern to the
purchaser but some which could give rise to serious cost in remedy.
Where possible, defects are photographed, recorded, and with
comments, attached to the survey report allowing our client a better
understanding of our findings.

resolution photographs, which have been taken during surveys we have
carried out over the past 12 Months. These photographs depict some of
the more notable defects that we have encountered in this period, we
have provided a brief description of each defect image as the problem
may not be immediately apparent in some cases.
